A lot of time the best oil are found in your kitchen or just hop over to the store near you to find them. Oils are very important to natural hair care. If you ever use the LOC method then you know what I’m talking about. You don’t need to use a bunch of oil at once for them to be beneficial.
With so many different oils for natural hair available it’s hard to keep concentrate on what’s important. If you’re new to natural hair you will be inundated with information about which oil to use, don’t believe the hypes. This is a short list of just 3 oils for natural hair that I’ve used to keep my hair from breaking or damage.

It comes from the Argan tree. It gets rid of frizz and helps manage the hair from damage. It also protects the hair from heat from flat irons, dryers, and hair straighteners. Jojoba oil is not really an oil, it is called wax ester. Its natural compounds make it the closes oil to human skin oil (sebum). It is known as nature’s multi-tasking oil, it can be used to hydrate skin and hair because it resembles the natural oils our bodies produce. If you experience dandruff, dry hair and breakage this is the oil for you to use.
There is always a trial and error phase to natural hair care, the idea is to reduce that by knowing how certain ingredients work on your hair. But, it takes work before you can settle to a monthly or weekly hair care regimen. This doesn’t mean you have to do the same oils every time. Feel free to go outside of this list and start experiment with other natural oils.
